Product Description

The machine is specially designed for packaging factory of silicone sealant, namely, fill silicone sealant into plastic cartridge with fixed volume (capacity) and then automatic sealing gland (automatic gland cover / automatic bottom cap (bottom plunger) capping).
It successfully solves common failing in the process of filling & sealing, such as metering inaccurately, tailing, stringing, etc., which is caused by high viscosity, poor fluidness and minim leakage of silicone sealant.
Our machine is equipped with inert gas (inactive gas) filling device, thus silicone sealant won't incur solidification (curing) phenomenon in the course of filling, sealing and storage.
Furthermore, it also has air driven sealing-cap device which can ensure sealing performance very reliable.
