Product Description

This silicone sealant plastic tube / laminated tube filling and sealing machine is newly developed by us, mainly used for automatic quantitative filling and sealing of silicone sealant or similar material (silicone gel, etc.), such as silicone sealant, RTV silicone gasket maker, acrylic sealant, glass cement, mastic adhesive (sealant), polysulfide sealant, polyurethane (PU) sealant and so on.
It has integrative functions, such as benchmarking (alignment device) system, metering & filling, internal heating, external heating & sealing & batch number printing, cutting (edge trimming) and finished product push-out (ejection) automatically at a time, which is widely used for chemical and other related industries.
