Hydraulic feeding machine (hydraulic feeder) is a supplementary equipment for double (dual) planet mixer and its function is to subpackage or discharge silicone sealant (silica gel) or other high-viscosity & poor fluidity materials produced from the mixer.
The machine is composed of stand base (base plate), hydraulic lifting system (upper beam, supporting structure for discharging barrel, etc.), main oil cylinder, platen, hydraulic working station, electric operated control box and so on.
Hydraulic oil cylinder may be discretionarily adjusted air pressure in the scope of 0 - 20Mpa., piston (plunger) rod can stay / stop in any optional position, and ensure continuous work under constant pressure and voltage.
O-ring for platen (piston) does contact inner wall of the barrel (drum) in order to prevent from (silicone) materials outflow, make (silicone) materials in the barrel (drum) to be drained off completely, without any lag deposit (without residues).
Outrigger jack is lifted to top position by hydraulic system, which is convenient for operating staff (worker) to do the job of sub-packaging (subpackage).
It has characteristics of simple structure, easy operation, high efficiency, reliable working performance and wide usages.
As usual, it does work together with silicone sealant filling and sealing machine (aluminium tubes type) or together with silicone sealant filling and capping machine (plastic cartridges type).
