Application: used for cosmetics, pharmacy, daily chemicals (adhesive) and other related industries.
Working process:
Soft tubes inserted into TUBE SOCKET (10 working positions) on the index plate, automatic,
Change angular position of each tube by means of mechanical transmission,
Benchmarking (alignment device) system starts, (I-mark at the end of tube),
Photoelectric device is used for detecting the position of tube and if there is any tube in correct position, the filling system starts to fill materials into soft tubes with fixed volume (capacity), and then the end of tube will be sealed (internal heating and external heating both), and with a batch number printed on it and then edge trimming,
On the contrary, it won't fill materials without tube in position,
Finally, the finished product is pushed out automatically.
