Product Description

Using plastic tubes as packaging containers, the machine is specially designed for automatically quantitative filling and sealing of thick liquid or viscous fluid materials.
It has integrative functions, such as tube feeding, benchmarking (alignment device), filling & metering, internal heating, external heating & sealing & batch number printing, cutting (edge trimming) and finished products push-out (ejection) automatically at a time, which is widely used for daily chemicals, cosmetics, pharmacy and other related industries.

The machine is made of stainless steel materials. Working process adopts push-button control panel or intelligent human-machine interface operation. On the touch screen, it will display 'temperature setting', 'motor rotating speed', 'output speed / production rate', etc., and parameters can be controlled and regulated directly. Certainly, if you choose push-button control panel, each button controls every function and operation is very easy.
All the work uses full-stroke cylinder with high precision. Filling volume (capacity) adjustment is convenient, and filling speed is also adjustable. It has a perfect sealing for tube end (tube tail), beautiful and tidy, firmly sealed, and furthermore, it has also high metering accuracy and excellent stability.
